As per the Timber Lane Deed restrictions, all changes to the exterior of a property, or new builds of any type on a lot must be approved by the Timber Lane Architectural committee.

Any changes must be submitted to the office using an ACC form. This form can be obtained multiple ways:
Homeowners may email the office at tcia2820@sbcglobal.net
Homeowners may obtain a form in person from the office
All requests must come directly from the home owner of record only. Requests submitted by anyone other than the home owner will not be processed. Responses to the ACC Request will come via the email address domain of comms.hoalife.com and name Timber Lane CIA
