2025 Pool Season Dates

  • Opening Weekend 5/24/2025 - 5/26/2025

  • 7 Days a week 05/31/2025 - 08/10/2025

  • Weekends only 08/16/2025 - 09/01/2025

  • Pool Open at 2p 06/07/2025

  • Memorial Day and Labor Day hours 11a - 8p

  • Sunday Hours 12p - 8p

  • Monday - Saturday Hours 11a - 8p

  • Pool Closed at 2pm 06/23/2025

Opening Weekend (05/24 - 05/26) Hours: 12p - 8p

Pool Access Requirements

  • Must be a property owner within Timber Lane, and current on annual assessments.

  • Residents 13 years and older must have their own pool card.

  • Children under 13 must be listed on the parent's card

  • Pool card and Guest fees are CASH ONLY

  • Pool card holders 18 and older may bring 1 guest.

  • Each guest is 5$ , paid at the time of pool entry

  • Each Pool Card is 5$ , paid at the time of pool card registration.

  • Pool Cards can be obtained from the TCIA Office -- 2806 Trailing Vine (Liberty Park)

RENTER POOL ACCESS DETAILS

  • Renters must live within Timber Lane -- Does NOT cover Cypress Trails of Timber Lane, Park Spring, nor Trailing Vine Place Apartments

  • Renters must complete the 2025 Timber Lane Pool Form 

  • Completed form must be returned via to tcia2820@sbcglobal.net

  • Email contact information for the property management company / landlord, must be provided when returning the form
