Timber lane Deed Restrictions

Each lot within the Timber Lane neighborhood is subject to the deed restrictions. The neibhoorhood is divided into eleven sections. To view the deed restrictions, and information related to locating a property's specific section, view our Timber Lane Deed Restrictions page

To find your section:

You may search the Harris County Appraisal District Real Property Records. The legal description of each property record will contain the section number. Each section will have its own set of Deed Restrictions, and possibly amendments.
