NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Meeting of the Members of Timber Lane Community Improvement Association, INC., a Texas non-profit corporation (the “Corporation”), will be held in the Timber Lane CIA office, 2806 Trailing Vine Road at Liberty Park, Spring TX 77373, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday December 6, 2025, immediately after the closing of the polls for the Annual Election of Directors, and the tabulation of the results of the election, for the following purposes:
1) To hear Reports of the affairs of the Corporation; and
2) To announce the results of the election of Directors.
As provided in the Bylaws, no other business will be conducted at the meeting.
